Teddy's standing room concerts?

Have you ever been to any standing room only concerts (including TG's)?Was it a good experience?

Well,I was just wondering if you all enjoy standing in a concert.Personally I've only been to one concert where I had to stand.And that was at Roseland when Shakira had her Launch Party for her new record "Laundry Service".I usually stay away from concerts like that, especially if I already know it's going to be set up that way.I would really appreciate any comment on this subject.

    Well,thanks for everybody's comments.I would have liked to go to TG's concert but unfortunately I don't think I could handle being in a crowd like that.Oh well,I wish I would over come my fears but it's very unlikely.

    i love standing room concerts more because you don't have to sit down the whole time. even though i've never seen Teddy live, i'd prefer it.

    all seven of the TG shows i've been to were standing room only, and for the most part, that's more fun, because you can dance :D and i feel like it just gets you more in the mood haha. some of them, though, were bad. but that was like after the whole seventeen thing, when he was insanely popular and the venues were PACKED. now that the hype has kind of died down, fans seem to be nicer & more easygoing. it's fun, and i always make friends with whoever is standing near me haha.

    Six out of the seven Teddy concerts I've been to were standing only. Like everyone else said, it's not bad. And you can get closer to the stage. The venues are usually pretty small, so standing isn't bad.

    Plus standing room = dancing room... I love the workout my legs get from dancing along to the entire show! haha

    Yeah, the one I've been to was standing room and it was really good, not too much pushing, and it definitely lets you get really really close to Ted as long as you get there early! It's more fun standing!

    It depends on the fans really. The fans at Teddy concerts are usually pretty nice and there is not a lot of shoving going on, they usually just chill out and enjoy the music. Some other standing concerts I've been to can have a lot of shoving near the front, but are usually chill apart from that. So if you're worried about being crushed, that shouldn't happen if you see Teddy :)

    Personally I like standing room concerts a lot better because you have a chance to get really close and your not confined to a seat for the entire concert.

    For both of the TG concerts I went to, they were general admission, standing room only...

    For the most part, it was fine! The other concert-goers were really nice about ducking and letting everyone have a chance at taking good pictures of Teddy! haha

    It sucks if you're short (like me) and get stuck behind someone tall, but if you're in front, the standing room concerts are a total blast haha
